Angel & Jamil got married last summer in his parent’s back yard here in Vancouver. They planned the whole thing in a matter of weeks – she rented a dress, his parents said they would host, set up chairs, made hors d’oeuvres to pass around and had their closest friends all come for their afternoon celebration. At the very last minute they decided to hire a photographer and I’m so so happy they did because this type of wedding is one of my favorites to document. Relaxed, stress free, a bride & groom who are focused on the important stuff and not all the extra. These two are the perfect example of how to throw a wedding without planning for over a year, stressing about all the little details and spending a gazillion dollars on it all… and hiring the right photographer to capture it all of course ;).
